Caught Doing Good

A surprise recognition for one of the hardest working LRSD staff members, Dr. Ericka McCarroll - honored for being #CaughtDoingGood.  Whether it's professional coaching to help others become great teacher leaders, or volunteering with LRSD vaccine clinics, there is no job too big or small for Dr. McCarroll.  She does her work with a servant's heart and a smile, always ending her conversations with "how can I help YOU." Proud to be on the team with you, Dr. McCarroll. Congrats on this very deserving "SO." You can watch the full video here
