Dunbar Students Play Stock Market to Win!
First Financial Bank,
Economics Arkansas, KARK, FOX 16 and Superintendent, Mike Poore visited Dunbar
Magnet Middle School today as Dunbar had the most teams and students of any
school in the LRSD playing the Stock Market Game. All of Dr. William Delsa’s classes,
totaling 136 students and making up 35 teams, have been playing the game
yearlong with students from across the state and nation. In recognition
of the students’ and Dr. Delsa’s hard work, First Financial Bank paid $1,050 in
fees for all Delsa’s students to participate. They also donated additional
monies to other schools, allowing even more LRSD students to play.
Tune in to KARK for more on
Dunbar’s students playing the Stock Market game.
