Rex Deloney Featured in Soiree
LRSD is fortunate to have many gifted professionals. The impressive artistic talents of Rex Deloney were featured in the popular statewide publication Soiree this month as an "artist spotlight." We couldn't be prouder of Mr. Deloney and his outstanding achievements!
Mr. Deloney's presence in the artist spotlight brings well-deserved attention to the incredible talent that exists within our district.
We encourage everyone to take a moment to read the featured article in Little Rock Soiree. LRSD is proud to have such a talented and inspirational individual as part of our staff. Congratulations once again, Mr. Deloney, on this outstanding accomplishment!
Pulaski Heights Middle School's FBLA Team Take on Nationals
The PHMS FBLA team had an exceptional night at a national competition held in Atlanta. All 10 competitors made it to the stage as the Top 10 Finalists in the Nation, which is a remarkable achievement. Moreover, the team received several awards, including 2nd Place in Community Service Presentation, 3rd Place in Digital Citizenship, 8th Place in FBLA Mission and Pledge, 9th Place in Annual Chapter Activities, and 9th Place in Exploring Business Issues. The team's hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence have paid off, and we are incredibly proud of their accomplishments.
A special thanks to PHMS teacher Sandon Williams for leading this group and to PHMS Teacher Hollie Rice Wolfe for helping all year and chaperoning all week! Congratulations to the PHMS FBLA team and their teachers on a job well done!
