LRSD & UAMS Partner to Give STEM Education a Boost at Schools

This week, students in Mr. Paul Loyd's Central High science classroom were learning about ultrasound technology with hands-on demonstrations.  All thanks to a $1.27 million grant and a partnership between LRSD and UAMS to teach STEM education to our students,  hopefully, inspiring them to pursue related careers.

Story Time with Pastors at Fulbright

A special thanks to local pastors who devote their time each month reading to LRSD students.  If you recognize one of them in the photo, be sure to thank them for their support of our students and schools.  Way to Denise Persons and ViPs for organizing this great effort!
