LRSD Celebrated for Its Energy-Saving Efforts

LRSD is honored to have received a personal visit from the National Association of Energy Services Companies' (NAESCO) Executive Director Dr. Timothy Unruh, who personally delivered his organization's highest award to LRSD and Performance Services (PS). The District and PS were recognized for ongoing energy-saving efforts implemented at campuses and buildings across the District.

Wednesday's presentation was made at Stephens Elementary, which prior to the HVAC upgrades, had been one of the District's largest energy consumers. As a way of giving back to the community, PS presented a ceremonial check to LRSD for donation to a charitable endeavor of the District's choice.
